Refund and Returns Policy

At ModelX Studio, we put care into every design and 3D print. Since many of our products are custom-made, our return and refund policy is limited but fair.

1. Eligibility Window

  • You may request a return or refund within 15 days of delivery if your product is damaged or defective.
  • Requests made after 15 days will not be accepted.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue.
  • Once verified, we will offer either:
    • A replacement (subject to availability), or
    • A full or partial refund, depending on the situation.

3. Other Cases

  • Refunds/returns are not available for change of mind or incorrect order placement.
  • In rare and exceptional cases, a partial refund may be negotiated at our discretion within the 15-day window.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Process for Returns & Refunds

  • Email us at contact@modelxstudio.com with your order ID and details of the issue.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically Credited on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@modelxstudio.in

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or personalized 3D prints are non-refundable and non-returnable unless damaged upon arrival.
