1. Custom Orders
All products sold on ModelX Studio are custom printed to order. Once an order is placed, it goes into a production queue. Please allow approximately 4–7 working days for your order to be processed before it is handed over to our delivery partner for shipping.
2. Shipping
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the delivery partner’s policies. ModelX Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the order has been shipped.
3. Returns and Refunds
As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@modelxstudio.in within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photo evidence to process your claim.
